What is coaching?

Coaching is a practical tool for the betterment and, or, modification of situations or behaviours.


The coach assists teams and people in discovering how to attain their goals by raising their awareness of reality before acting.


Coaching is not therapy, mentoring, consulting or assessment. Coaching provides the instruments for the music to play.

Team coaching

Coaching is for your organisation if:
